Session rates
Session rates are £50 gbp per single 1 hour session.
A group of 6 sessions (6 x 1 hour) includes a free introductory session and is £250 gbp.
Also available are double sessions of 2hrs to spend a little longer exploring a particular issue these sessions are £100 gbp.
Payment can be arranged via paypal or bank transfer in advance of the sessions via email.

Hardship Rates
In a rapidly changing world sometimes we can end up struggling financially. Keeping a commitment to
working on ourselves and growing can be difficult. If you are truly struggling but would like to still have some Coaching Sessions. Get in touch via the contact page and we can discuss a reduced rate for a limited period.
Men’s Group
I hold a regular monthly online men’s sharing circle. If you are interested in attending please use the contact form and put ‘MEN’S GROUP’ in the subject header. The sharing circle is a free group and an opportunity to talk through issues particular to men in a supportive confidential environment.
